Fees

 Documentation may be provided, upon request, to assist individuals, couples and families who wish to request reimbursement, payable to the client, from their insurance or flexible spending plans for any out-of-network benefits for services rendered.     
 

It’s recommended that patients contact their health insurance company to clarify their out of network benefits.  We encourage the use of your health spending card to assist with the cost of your therapy sessions.
